DEADFROST IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMERS ENTERING WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESSES, WE WILL SHIP CUSTOMERS PACKAGE/S TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO US. IF INCORRECT DEADFROST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND CAN NOT OFFER A REFUND.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR CUSTOM DUTIES ON THEIR PURCHASE IF NEEDED, NOT DEADFROST. IF TAXES THAT ARE NEEDED TO BE PAID ARE NOT PAID AND ITEM IS SENT BACK TO US NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.  

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PICKUP THEIR OWN PACKAGES FROM THEIR POST OFFICE IF THEY MISS DELIVERY'S  AND TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND CUSTOMS IF THEIR PACKAGE IS BEING HELD. IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER DUE TO THE CUSTOMER NOT SORTING IT OUT FAST ENOUGH OR PICKING THE PACKAGE FAST ENOUGH. DEADFROST WILL NOT GIVE OUT REFUNDS FOR THIS, IF DEADFROST RECIEVES THE PACKAGE THEY WILL REACH OUT AND YOU MUST REPAY FOR SHIPPING IF YOU WANT THE PACKAGE AGAIN, IF NOT NO REFUND WILL GIVEN. IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT RETURNED TO, DEADFROST NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN OUT EITHER.
